Back to Blogging
Just wanted to let my family and friends know that I will be back to blogging and I am finally feeling better. I have been sick for 31/2 weeks and it has been one of the worst things ever. At first I just had a cold I thought, well it kept getting worse even with cold medicine, so I went to the urgent care and they said I had bronchitis and a sinus infection that was on a friday. I got Amoxicilin and Ibeprophine. I took it all weekend and countinued to get worse. By Tuesday of the next week I was in bad shape. I had headaches still, congested, chills, fevers, sweats, coughing, coughing up stuff, falling asleep all the time, no appetite...all this and I was so worn out. John missed work to take me to the Urgent Care again on tuesday and by the time we got there it was getting harder to breath and stay awake. They got me right in and I was running a slight fever and the Dr. did all the usual stuff. And then she listened to my lungs and found pneomonia in my left lung. My lungs were very weak, so they gave me a steroid shot to strengthen my lungs and put me on zithromax. Well the steroid shot gave me some energy and that was so nice, but by the next day I was back to no energy. The zithromax really helped make me feel better. All this week I was still really sick but I could tell I was going to get better. I was still having problems breathing and choking trying to get all the gunk up. By Monday this week I was feeling better, I'm still coughing and congested and very tired but I feel like I'm getting my strength back. I'm so thankful for my girls and John for everything they have done. My visiting teachers, Relief Society President and the Compassionate service leader who brought my family meals, it helped so much and we really appreciate all of the help. I love all of you. I can't thank you enough for your help. I have not been to church in so long and I miss all of my friends there so much. I'm hoping I will be there on Sunday. :)

oh my! how awful! I'm glad you are feeling better, but that must have been scary and hard especially being a mom. Isn't it wonderful to belong to a church that helps out so much in times of need?! I'm glad you're back to blogging I missed you!
AAck! How awful! You and Kenzie are having a rough time lately! Hopefully everyone will get feeling better and stay that way!
