Motivational Monday
Today I would like to share some of my experiences with EXERCISING. I started my quest for better health soon after having my 4th baby. I had gained a lot of weight with the pregnancy and my eating habits were out of control. I had been at my all time highest weight in my life and I knew I had to do something about it to have a healthy life style and to be a good example to my daughters.
I started out slow with just going for walks for 20-30 minutes. Then I slowly added new exercisies... Stretching, weight lifting, and running. I used to be in Track and Cross Country in high school, so it felt good to get back to running, but it took a while to get to that point and thats ok. So just put on your walking shoes and hit the pavement. When it's cold outside you can walk up and down the stairs in your home for 20-30 min or do a work out video.
* Tip of the day for exercising you do not have to spend $$$ to join a gym. Use things in your home for exercising, go for walks, and one thing that has helped me is to have a walking partner and we motivate each other.

I feel motivated. I had Feasty Girls lunch - we don't exercise, we eat!!!!
Sounds like fun. Eating is fun too...maybe you had something healthy.

I love this idea Dawn. This is inspirational. I'm trying to lose weight from my two babies and it's nice to see someone who has done it. You look great by the way!
