Enjoying the christmas season....

as a family! We have definately enjoyed this time of year together. The girls and I finished decorating the house today and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! We baked all kinds of different cookies today to give as gifts for teachers, home and visiting teaching, and friends!!! We enjoyed our wonderful ward christmas party last friday...we have a lot of talent in our ward and a great since of humor. I loved all of the acts and you could tell everyone that did a act worked very hard in preparing. Tonight we enjoyed family home evening with a christmas message and Rowena played "Joy to the World" on the piano for us and we all sang together. Rowena has been teaching herself how to play the piano and while our foriegn exchange student was here staying with us she did a great job of teaching Rowena and so Rowena has been practicing and learning new songs. Tonight I will finish up christmas cards and packages so we can get it all mailed tomorrow. Hopefully I can get this blog caught up ....
